- PLAN III: TWO EQUAL SEMESTER PAYMENTS, JULY 2007 AND JANUARY 2008.
MANDATORY FUNDRAISING: $200.00 PER CHILD WITH A FAMILY CAP (3 OR MORE CHILDREN) OF $450.00; ONE BOX OF CANDY PER STUDENT (OR AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER STUDENT); AND WORKING TWO SUNDAY BINGOS.
The mandatory fundraising includes Gift Wrap Sale; Florian Fest, Spring Brunch and March Madness Raffle Tickets; and extra Candy sales. Since Bingo raises over $20,000 for the school, each family is asked to work two Bingos. If you choose not to work, there will be an additional $100.00 per unworked Bingo posted to the fundraising total.
I am aware that since BINGO FUNDS pay a portion of school bills incurred throughout the year, my participation in the BINGO PROGRAM IS ESSENTIAL. I AM ALSO AWARE THAT I WILL BE GIVEN A CHOICE OF DAYS SO THAT I, AS AN ADULT MEMBER OF MY FAMILY, OR A SUBSTITUTE ADULT (18 YEARS OR OLDER) CAN HELP ON MY ASSIGNED DAYS. Cooperation in this program is solely my responsibility and I understand that failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fee for each date. If I sign up for Bingo and then do not show up or send a substitute, I will be charged $100.00.
If a situation develops that prevents a family from meeting their financial obligations in a timely manner, please contact the school office immediately. A temporary solution may be arranged.
REFUNDS
Any student withdrawing before the start of the school year will receive a 100% refund (minus a nominal processing fee) for tuition and books. Consumable book fees, once ordered, are non-refundable.
Refunds for students transferring within the school year will be handled on an individual basis.
After the first semester, no refunds will be issued.
Quarterly and final report cards, student records, and diplomas will be retained if all financial obligations are not met; this includes fundraising, registration fees, curriculum fees and any other
outstanding obligation.
